Overview
Salus AI provides voice-agent software to healthcare practices. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information about visitors to salus.ai and prospective customers. For patient information handled on behalf of a covered entity, our Patient Privacy Policy and the applicable Business Associate Agreement (BAA) govern.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, practice details when you request a demo), information collected automatically (IP address, browser, pages viewed), and information from third-party analytics providers acting under contract.
How We Use Information
To respond to inquiries, provide and improve our services, ensure the security of our platform, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We share information with service providers under contract (hosting, analytics, email), with your practice when you engage with us on its behalf, and when required by law.
Security
TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, least-privilege access, audit logging, and annual third-party penetration testing.
Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@salus.ai.
