How We're Framing This
Honest. Not Yet Measured.
We built this page because we'd rather show one real deployment honestly than pretend to have ten. FCC is our first client. The $100K/month savings figure is Dr. Ahuja's own projection based on his practice's call volume, staffing costs, and no-show recovery rate — not a measured post-launch outcome. When we have 30 days of production data, this page will show it. Until then, this is the story of the deployment, not the outcome.
The Deployment
What We're Building at FCC.
Discovery
Two weeks with FCC's front-desk team. We recorded call patterns, mapped referral sources, walked through their eClinicalWorks workflows, and documented every escalation path a receptionist takes on a normal Tuesday.
EHR Integration
Live bi-directional integration with FCC's eClinicalWorks environment. Every appointment Salus books, every insurance check it runs, every note it writes shows up in the chart within seconds.
Live-Call Testing
Salus is running in shadow mode on inbound calls right now — answering after the human, with transcripts reviewed daily with FCC's clinical ops lead. Edge cases flow directly into training.
Go-Live · July 2026
Ramped production coverage of inbound calls, missed-call text-back, and appointment reminders. Post-launch we'll publish the actual metrics on this page.
Inside the Deployment
See a real FCC call, end to end.
A recorded Salus call from the FCC pilot — coming as soon as we have consented footage cleared to share.
EHR & PM Integrations
We integrate with every EHR across North America.
Epic, Cerner, Athena, eClinicalWorks, Jane, OSCAR, TELUS Health — if your practice runs on it, Salus writes back to it.
